Founder of Southern Research Group (SRG), a political/business consulting and marketing research firm.
Dan has more than 30 years of experience in consultative research and marketing. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in business-to-business and business-to-consumer strategy, particularly in healthcare, legislative campaigns, and American Indian and Alaska Native tribal and enterprise projects.
Dan has worked with a variety of clients including 13 of the 15 largest gaming companies in the world. His consulting expertise spans healthcare, banking, retail, gaming, and communications
industries.

Lora Ann Chaisson
United Houma Nation
Ms. Chaisson has been a long-time advocate for Indian Country. Since 1994, she has worked with the Inter-Tribal Council of Louisiana/Institute for Indian Development. She began her career as Program Director for the Domestic Violence Program, where she provided legal, safety, and empowerment services to victims of domestic violence.
She currently serves on the Louisiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the Violence Against Women Taskforce. Ms. Chaisson also served as a Job Developer administering Native American training programs, a representative on the Workforce Investment Board, and is a graduate of the AIO Ambassadors Program. She is a Tribal Council member for the United Houma Nation and represents UHN on national boards, including the American Indian Alaska Native Tourism Association, the U.S. Department of Labor Native American Employment and Training Council, and as a delegate for the National Congress of American Indians.

James Robinson
Mississippi Band Of Choctaw
James is an executive leader with experience working with tribal enterprises and 8(a) certified companies. As a former tribal economic development leader for the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, James led development efforts on major infrastructure, housing, and economic growth initiatives.
He has worked in the aerospace and defense sectors, with experience in sales, marketing, and product development.

GEORGE RIVERA
(Pueblo of Pojoaque)
George Rivera, Recent Governor of the Pueblo of Pojoaque in northern New Mexico is a man of many talents. He has served his Pueblo since 1992 as Lt. Governor and was appointed and soon elected Governor. Governor Rivera helped spearhead the community into a regional model for job creation and cultural preservation. Most of the funds used for development were self-generated after leveraging BIA guaranteed loans from local banks, and from bonds on Wall Street. He has successfully negotiated major agreements like Tribal and State Gaming compacts including working with the 23 tribes in New Mexico, the State of NM, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Governor Rivera has worked on financing, construction, and management of large scale projects such as the 300-million-dollar Buffalo Thunder Casino Resort. Governor Rivera also negotiated utility easements with many private companies and directed construction of modern tribal infrastructure. His work as Governor has become a model used nationwide by Tribes.

JEFF GRUBBE
Jeff L. Grubbe is a respected Tribal leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for Native sovereignty and economic self-determination. As the former longtime Chairman of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, Jeff guided his Tribe through a period of historic growth—expanding enterprises, strengthening governance, and championing policy reforms at the local, state, and federal levels. His leadership extended beyond his own community through active engagement with national organizations and coalitions dedicated to advancing tribal rights, infrastructure development, and self-governance.
Today, Jeff continues that mission through Tribal Solutions, where he leverages decades of governmental, economic, and industry experience to help Tribes build sustainable futures. His work spans energy and infrastructure development, sports wagering frameworks, technology integration, and defense-sector partnerships—all grounded in respect for sovereignty and community empowerment. Jeff’s collaborative approach and deep understanding of intergovernmental relations make him a trusted partner for Tribes and industry leaders alike seeking to create lasting impact across Indian Country.
